Responsibilities:
PURPOSE & NEED
PGA’s administrative team is the backbone of our organization and functions as both an external resource to our clients and an internal liaison for employee and operations-related support. From managing office procedures to organizing and tracking data, administrative professionals are vital to PGA’s success and culture. Backed by an experienced team, you’ll be equipped with the tools to support your professional development and long-term growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Handle front desk duties in our Bartow office (including answering phones/transferring calls for all offices)
- Monitor and maintain office and breakroom supplies. Receive and process deliveries from various vendors (Amazon, Office Depot, etc.)
- Perform work related errands as needed (store trips to purchase sodas/supplies, post office, ordering lunch for internal meetings, etc.)
- Assist with preparing backup, copying and scanning of monthly credit card and checking statements.
- Manage calendar for vehicle and meeting room requests.
- Maintain mileage and maintenance logs for company vehicles
- Assist with copying, scanning and compiling presentation packets/binders as needed
- Proactively initiate assistance to other PGA staff members. Displays eagerness towards learning new methods/skills
