We have an exciting opportunity for highly detailed and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our busy, downtown Vancouver. Team and assist the Founder/owner in all office, client and admin related matters.
Reporting directly to the Founder you’ll provide ongoing support to the business and team, our customers and clients with varied responsibilities and ever-changing ranging from admin support and calendar management to office/operational management, overseeing software and CRM systems and assisting with client relations matters. You are the glue that keeps us together, the consummate professional and the unflappable colleague.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of office admin experience and office/operational support in fast-paced environments/entrepreneurial organization that values achievements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Quick ability to create and implement new systems for efficiency
- Maintain valid Canadian driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Admin, HR, and Operations preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule Founders schedule and key client meetings, travel and events
- Develop and prepare presentations, proposals, meeting materials, and communication
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and suppliers
- Oversee IT systems support in partnership with the external IT support team
- Management of contracts admin and metric report management
- General office support including facility management
- Other administrative and office support as required including staff onboarding/offboarding
