POSITION SUMMARY:

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations in the office. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, your role involves handling a variety of tasks, from managing office supplies to supporting team projects, while building strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support: answering phones, greeting visitors, running errands, and more.
  • Organize and maintain files, generate reports, and draft correspondence.
  • Manage office and conference rooms for meetings, schedule company events, and arrange catering.
  • Order and stock office, kitchen, and janitorial supplies; maintain the cleanliness of common areas.
  • Collect and distribute mail and manage the phone system database.
  • Support special projects, working both independently and as part of a team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based programs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and adapt to new tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
