Administration Assistant
Ashtead Hospital
Full-time, 37.5 hours
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Administration team at Ashtead Hospital. You will work delivering exceptional standards of administration support across the variety of departments within the Hospital.
This is an extremely busy role liaising with patients, Consultants and all hospital departments. We need an individual with a professional approach, excellent verbal communication skills, initiative, the ability to work within a team and adaptable. You must be computer literate, including holding experience with Excel and Outlook being essential. Previous use of an Electronic Patient Record system would be an advantage.

What you’ll bring with you
- Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent
- Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day to day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills
- Positive, willing attitude
- Self-motivated and possess strong organisational, interpersonal and above all customer service skills.
