Description:
We are a professional real estate office looking for an Administrative Assistant with a real estate background. This role is ideal for a licensed realtor who prefers administrative tasks over sales.

$15 - $20 hourlyResponsibilities:
- Assist with real estate documents, contracts, and compliance.
- Manage office paperwork and filing systems.
- Coordinate with agents, clients, and vendors.
- Utilize Excel for basic data entry and reporting.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed realtor (focused on admin work).
- Experience in real estate office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new office tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
