Description:

Allied Physiotherapy Health Group is an established group of physiotherapy clinics with 10 locations in the Lower Mainland. Our clinics offer a variety of other services that include massage therapy, kinesiology, and podiatry. Exceptional service by our therapists and administration staff is an important factor in the success of our company so we are looking for the perfect candidate to join our team.
Our Richmond Blundell Physio location is looking for a dependable, organized individual who has exceptional customer service and leadership skills. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and can work individually as well as in a team.
The perfect candidate would have leadership and supervisory experience as well as experience with social media pages and content creation!

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting patients with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Answering phone calls and answering any patient inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments for patients in person or on the phone
  • Collecting payments from patients
  • Maintaining clinic standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Submitting payments through third-party providers
  • Communication with ICBC and WCB regarding patient claims
  • Accounts Receivables including fixing billing issues

What do you need to know?

  • This will be a Tuesday to Saturday position. Our clinics are open 7AM-8PM during the week and 7AM and 3PM on Saturdays.
  • Starting Wage: Based on experience
  • Benefits: Offered after 6 months of full-time employment.
  • Experience with Jane App is an asset
  • We are hiring for our Richmond location but the ability to work in Richmond and Steveston is an assest
