Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the face of our clinic. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to client service.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
- Expérience préalable en tant que réceptionniste ou dans un rôle axé sur le service à la clientèle, de préférence dans un environnement de clinique ou de spa.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français (bilinguisme requis).
- Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques (ex. : Microsoft Office, logiciels de gestion de rendez-vous).
- Capacité à gérer des informations sensibles avec discrétion et confidentialité.
- Attitude amicale et professionnelle avec un souci constant de la satisfaction client.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
- Check voicemail and return calls promptly.
- Maintain and organize client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Enter client information into the system and prepare files for the next day.
- Print and manage health, consent, and laser forms as required.
- Process payments and create invoices accurately.
- Reconcile daily transactions and reports.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or client-facing role, preferably in a clinic or spa environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French (bilingualism required).
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, appointment scheduling software).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a client-first mindset.
