ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, especially excel spreadsheets required.
  • Prior experience with data entry required.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Positive customer service attitude.
  • Bilingual a plus.
    Salary: $45,000-$65,000 DOE.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with hiring new employees, new hire paperwork, and training.
  • Maintaining training records and assisting with site scheduling.
  • Assist with safety reporting (MSHA and Incidents etc.).
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare vouchers.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other clerical and receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Data entry for various departments.
  • Hours are 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday)
