Description:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Refugee Support Services program, which includes but is not limited to the following duties:
- Assisting Intake Coordinator and Case Workers with client communication
- Assisting clients with document production process
- Creating and maintaining program files
- Following up with clients regarding appointments and outstanding information
- Drafting program advisal, termination, and referral letters
- Participating in and contributing to team meetings
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma/GED
- Fluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole
Previous experience working in a non-profit or government setting is preferred but not required.
