Description:

We are looking for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. This role involves data analytics, data entry, and customer service in the Nonprofit industry. The ideal candidate should be able to work autonomously and have strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up for meetings.
  • Use computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  • Use data analytics tools to interpret data and generate reports.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Mailchimp for various tasks and projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Proven experience in a similar role as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp for email marketing and communication purposes
  • Knowledge of data analytics, with the ability to interpret and present data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
