Description:

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Rancho Mission Viejo, California. In this role, you will be working in an office setting, handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and managing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and provide accurate information to callers
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Manage data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Handle email correspondence professionally, responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to perform various tasks
  • Schedule appointments as needed, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure all administrative tasks are completed
  • Maintain a high level of organization to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
  • Experience in customer service, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills
  • Experience in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in email correspondence, demonstrating strong written communication skills
  • Ability to schedule appointments, demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on information at hand
  • High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new software and technology
