Description:

WinnCompanies is looking for an agile and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Rockland Street Elderly Housing, located in Roxbury, MA. In this role, you will provide support to designated department with daily administrative procedures and special projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and apply initiative.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in property management industry.
  • COS certification.
  • Elderly/LIHTC experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide office support, including: maintaining files, ordering office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with overnight shipping.
  • Assist with department operations, including: creating department check requests, filing paid invoices, preparing organizational charts and presentations, booking meetings, and setting up conference rooms.
  • Provide back-up support for property managers.
  • Update property management team on existing or potential problems.
  • Complete special projects as needed.
