POSITION SUMMARY:

As an administrative assistant, you will report to the GM. Your contributions will be to help maintain and create efficiencies and streamline workflows throughout company operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.
Location: Remote
Hours: Full-Time – min 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You will be trained to use software used by company (FLEX, Zoho, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task while working independently as well as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
    Compensation: $50k per annum
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including interacting with staff and clients on event details such as scheduling, agendas, documents, payments, etc.
  • Report to the GM regarding updates, and any issues requiring attention.
  • Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas.
  • Assist in tracking tasks and deadlines and facilitating communication.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks.
  • Provide professional customer service to clients and vendors.
