Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to join the Paediatric Unit at Port Augusta Hospital & Regional Health Service. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this role is essential in providing high-quality, confidential administrative support and exceptional customer service to our clients, staff, and visitors.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge, and the capacity to manage a high volume of work and inquiries while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and customer service support to the Paediatric Unit
Work efficiently under general direction, both independently and as part of a team
Ensure high standards of performance to optimise the Unit’s efficiency
