REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Business Management or Human Resources with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience with submitting ROE’s and Unions is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe, HRIS Systems.

Responsibilities:
- Draft employment verification letters for hourly employees.
- Coordinate with Payroll regarding new hire paperwork and any personnel changes.
- Create various reports.
- Attend meetings with site teams to provide updates on Government Clearances.
- Support HR team on initiatives such as ROE submissions, support HR Generalists with administrative duties, update employee government clearances such as Reliability Clearances.
- Generating Records of Employment when requested.
- Post positions for internal staff in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Be a backup to facilitate the Securitas Screening Program.
- Other duties and administrative tasks, as assigned.
