JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to fill a full time, experienced Administrative Assistant position with our Team. We are looking for the right person to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and assist with projects from coordinating site visits to delivery of reports. Duties would include providing support to other Team members, assisting in administrative/accounting needs, such as (but not limited to):
- Typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Photocopying and printing out documents.
- Drafting proposals, letters and emails.
- Formatting and preparing reports to send out.
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
- Managing employee/project appointments.
- Coordinating repairs to office equipment.
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the office.
- Answering the office phone, assisting clients/directing calls where necessary
- Organizing travel arrangements.
Role Requirements: Sunny disposition/personality; willing to work hard but also have fun everyday; like dogs; like people; love our clients (be client-centric); ideally live in North Vancouver; and good working knowledge of timesheets, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom etc.
Hours: Typically, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary (~$41,000 to $52,000 depending on level of experience), better than average benefits, profit sharing twice a year (just before Christmas and at the end of June).
