Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Proficient in MS Office Software (Excel, Words)
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing database; sorting and filing of office documents
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Upkeep of office facilities
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working Timing :
- Able to work at least 3 weekdays, 3 x 8 hours (24 hours) per week / one hour lunch Break, 8 am – 5 pm.
- Or 5 mornings week Mon - Fri 8 am – 1 pm, 5 x 5 hours (25 hours)
