Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Proficient in MS Office Software (Excel, Words)
  • Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing database; sorting and filing of office documents
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Upkeep of office facilities
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties when necessary

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Timing :

  • Able to work at least 3 weekdays, 3 x 8 hours (24 hours) per week / one hour lunch Break, 8 am – 5 pm.
  • Or 5 mornings week Mon - Fri 8 am – 1 pm, 5 x 5 hours (25 hours)
