Competitive Total Compensation Range: $60-$70K annually depending on experience & credentials (inclusive of base salary and monthly discretionary performance-based bonuses).

Stenner Wealth Partners+ (SWP+) is an award-winning team of financial/wealth specialists at CG Wealth Management. With a boutique approach and global perspective, SWP+ is a highly exclusive practice servicing Canadian and US investors/households with generally a minimum of 10M+ in investable assets or 25M+ net worth. It is a cross border Canadian/US licensed team with our CG offices located in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver.
SWP+ clients range in net worth from $25M CAD to $2.5B+ and we strategically onboard 6-8 new key client relationships every year. It is very important for us to provide a superior client experience. Our customized client service plan ensures we proactively connect with each client over 25-50 times a year through email, Zoom calls, in person meetings, reviews, research, phone calls, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Lead Investment Advisor and team as needed
  • Coordinate business meetings/travel, virtual meetings using Zoom; booking and coordinating travel arrangements (flights, reservations, hotel bookings)
  • Book medical, legal, and other personal appointments
  • Assist with providing high level priority management and calendar management on Outlook, Zoom, Salesforce and DocuSign
  • Perform general administrative duties, coordinate lunches, team dinners, and setup client in-person meetings
  • Manage team phone lines and voicemail, assisting clients and potential prospects in a professional manner
  • Manage bank accounts, pay bills, arrange wire transfers, deposit/mail cheques and track transactions
  • Expense management, tracking, and budgeting
  • Assist with processing expense reports in a timely and accurate manner, tracking expenses, and preparing tax related documents for accountants and Family Offices
  • Prepare and assist in the preparation of business correspondence, presentations, reports, memos, letters, and spreadsheets
  • Servicing clients with professionalism, efficiency, and upholding confidentiality
  • Support IA with technology by troubleshooting issues with video, audio, and Apple products
  • Assist with maintaining various databases (SalesForce, LastPass and Virtual Vault), maintain and keep organized records/files for business and personal documents
  • Assist with marketing activities and social media using LinkedIn
  • Management of passwords/confidential files of IA
  • Assist with special projects as required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fully fluent in English;
  • Proficiency in other languages a plus
  • Able to legally work in Canada;
  • Minimum 5 years experience working as an administrative assistant in the financial industry
  • An undergraduate degree or higher level of education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capacity and high attention to detail, follow up, and communication
  • Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced growing team environment
  • Excellent teamwork skills complemented by the ability to work well independently
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Zoom, and Salesforce
  • Technology knowledge with Apple software and troubleshooting issues with devices
  • Must work effectively in a team environment to jointly service clients
