Description:
The Ottawa Titans are hiring an organized, positive and self-motivated Administrative Assistant as part of its 2025 Summer Internship Program. This is a paid, full-time seasonal position beginning mid-April and ending at the conclusion of the baseball season.
The selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing the fan experience at the ballpark and should have an interest in the sports/entertainment industry. The candidate will report to the General Manager and will have an opportunity to gain valuable skills relating to general business, administration and customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual (French & English)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
- Previous customer service experience required
Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative tasks within the front office, including but not limited to:
- Act as primary administrative staff member and operate the front desk
- Answer calls and direct as required to ensure top-level customer service and ensure fans and ticket holders are satisfied
- Order and organize office supplies as needed
- Assist in facilitating and processing ticket and merchandise sales to stadium customers
- Ensure the front desk and lobby space remain tidy and organized; build and enforce best practices for office management
- Assist with the creation of Titans newsletters, including but not limited to setup and planning, writing content, sourcing photos, etc.
- Research relevant local events for Street Team and Mascot to attend; coordinate Titans participation with event planners as needed
- Support other departments as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
