Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including upkeep and maintenance of the office and its supplies, etc.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phones and emails, scheduling appointments and planning meetings.
  • To co-ordinate travel arrangement planning, flight, accommodation, visa application and transportation
  • Familiar with government sector such as MOM, IRAS etc application cor-ordination & submission
  • Prepare and generate reports.
  • Any other duties as and when required.
