TEMPORARY BACK UP OFFICE ASSISTANT

Cleary Building Corp. is currently looking for an energetic, hardworking, and motivated individual to join the administrative support team at our local branch office!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to be on call and work as needed to fill in for vacations and leaves of absence
  • Administrative support experience and skills
  • Experience with answering telephones, providing customer service, filing, and data entry
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
  • Must be an energetic, hardworking, motivated self-starter
  • High school diploma required
  • Some college a plus
