YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree is preferred
- Must have knowledge of secretarial, office administrative procedures, and proficiency in operating standard office equipment
- Experience in an administrative assistant or related role required, preferably at least 3 years
- At least 3 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical environment preferred
- Global travel scheduling experience required
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, integrity and discretion
- Must be detail oriented with high level of interpersonal skills to ensure effective, and accurate flow of all information
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills required
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with excellent typing skills
- Experience with meeting coordination and planning preferred
- Able to work independently and provide services to multiple staff members
- Must work effectively with all levels of the organization - domestic and international
- Willingness and ability to work overtime when needed
