CT Control Temp is a Burnaby based mechanical company thatspecializes in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
This is an exciting time to join our team at a high-growthstage and build several key processes. The position requires strong written andverbal communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail in adeadline driven environment. As the Admin Assistant you will beresponsible for administrative work and you will learn to dispatchesthe technicians, maintains technician schedules, and manages open call lists.Maintains courteous and respectful communication with customers, technicians,and all other team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year of Admin Assistant experience in Canada
  • Organized

  • Ability to multitask
  • Able to stay calm during stressful periods

  • Good typing and data entry skills
  • Learn to dispatch technicians and manage their schedules
  • Learn to create & schedule planned maintenances
  • Learn to Review & address aging open calls
