We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join Thomson Reuters in Gdansk, supporting our Executive Teams in Switzerland.
In this role you will be performing a wide range of administrative duties to support multiple senior leaders and their department members.
EDUCATION
- Completion of high school or secondary education is required. Additional university-level courses or secretarial/business school training is desirable.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Demonstrate excellent prioritization and organization skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exhibit a high level of interpersonal skills and professional acumen to interact confidently with various stakeholders.
- Possess excellent communication skills, with fluency in English being essential.
- Have a proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments and navigate an enterprise and fast-paced environment.
- Manage highly confidential information with appropriate discretion and integrity.
- Interact and coordinate effectively with senior leaders both inside and outside the company, as well as with other internal and external visitors.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage change and adapt work style and processes according to the dynamic nature of the organization.
- Show an understanding of cultural differences and their impact on business interactions.
- Manage multiple tasks in an environment characterized by tight deadlines and high-quality standards.
- Exhibit a high degree of autonomy and decision-making discretion to handle various responsibilities independently.
- Be proficient in typing and knowledgeable in computer applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- Be team-spirited and able to collaborate effectively with other assistants.
- Have previous experience working for senior executives in an international corporate environment, with MS Teams knowledge and experience being preferred.
