EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must

Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling for Director of Operations (DOO)
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Director of Operations
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive as needed.
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Research and prepare compliance documentation for post-secondary schools.
- Updating official school documentation, school catalog and maintain documentation as needed
- Assist in preparing audits, employee evaluations, annual reports and state and federal audits as needed.
- Coordinate travel accommodations and reimbursement documents as needed
- Maintain various records and documents for DOO
