EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling for Director of Operations (DOO)
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Director of Operations
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive as needed.
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Research and prepare compliance documentation for post-secondary schools.
  • Updating official school documentation, school catalog and maintain documentation as needed
  • Assist in preparing audits, employee evaluations, annual reports and state and federal audits as needed.
  • Coordinate travel accommodations and reimbursement documents as needed
  • Maintain various records and documents for DOO
