JOB SUMMARY:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing communications, organizing files, and assisting with other office duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role however whiling to train the correct individual.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing.
  • Answer and direct emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents and materials.

  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and emailing.
  • Support other departments and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
