Description:

Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage essential administrative tasks, ensure seamless data handling, and support efficient store and HR operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in advanced MS Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills to create trade reports and conduct data analysis.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within retail or logistics.
  • Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

  • MIS and Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the system, providing reliable information for Senior Admin Assistant reports and easy data access when needed.
  • Staff Records: Update and manage staff information to support HR and Regional Operations.
  • Stock Control and Operations: Assist the Admin Department Manager and team in routine stock accuracy checks, including verifying supplier bills, liaising for outstanding invoices, and coordinating with the Accounts Team for payment processing.
  • Cash Office Duties: Handle daily cash reconciliation, petty cash management, credit card reconciliation, and banking activities. Ensure all reports are precise and ready for management to make commercial decisions.
  • New Staff Inductions: Coordinate induction training sessions for new staff, providing them with comprehensive knowledge of administrative procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock entries for new inventory, store transfers, and returns, ensuring all adjustments are recorded accurately in the system.
  • Stationery and Supplies: Order and manage stationery for the store and admin team as needed.
