Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that the Club One services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

? Computer skills including the ability to work with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word programs at a highly proficient level

Requirements:
Education:
Employees need to be 18 or older and be enrolled in college or have some college courses.
Experience:
Must have previous experience working as a receptionist in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities:
? Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Club One site.
? Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
? Transfer call to the appropriate offices and take adequate messages when required
? Able to answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries
? Ensure that Club One members are signed in when they come in, and signed out when picked up
? Direct the Club One members and the general public to the appropriate staff member
? Pick up and deliver the mail
? Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
? Respond to public inquiries
? Provide word-processing and secretarial support
? Other possible responsibilities pertaining to the club include, but are not limited to:
- Data entry
- Member supervision
- Chaperone
- Other duties as assigned
