JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for an assigned group or multiple managers. Other duties may include: collects and interprets data to produce reports; conducts special projects; coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements; composes correspondence and other documentation as needed. Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spread sheets, presentations etc. Specific job duties vary by area.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically one to two years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Highly organized, motivated, agile, project management mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Advanced administrative, secretarial, and clerical skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and grammatical skills
  • Advanced Power Point & Microsoft Office Suite skillset

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
