The U.S. Bank Digital Technology Architecture division is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for a team of 2 senior leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collects and interprets data to produce reports.
- Conducts special projects.
- Coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements.
- composes correspondence and other documentation.
