Weyerhaeuser’s Timberlands Aviation team has an opening for an Administrative Assistant. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support for the members of the aviation, logistics and operations teams to help facilitate and ensure safe and efficient operations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in Eugene, OR, with occasional travel to our Chehalis, WA location. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Base Manager. Salary level is dependent on skills and experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate Degree (or higher) in Business or related field
  • Experience in managing DOT records/employee files
  • Contract administration experience
  • Knowledge of or previous experience with the following programs. Fleetworthy, LIMS, SAP, CAPS and ABECAS
    Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $44,606 - $66,978 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

    Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours
