We’re Seeking an Administrative Officer to join our growing team and provide exceptional support to our staff. Managing day-to-day office operations to assisting and ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff members.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
