We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client’s team. In this role, you will not only handle general administrative duties but also play a key role in reviewing, coordinating, and finalizing software-related agreements and contracts. Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation, review, and finalization of software-related agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, product development, and sales, to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Maintain organized records of all contracts and agreements, ensuring quick and easy access when needed.
- Track and manage deadlines related to contract renewals, expirations, and other key dates.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
