Description:

Answer and direct phone calls.

  • Develop and maintain a filling system.
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letter, faxes and forms.
  • Maintain and ordering of stationery stock.
  • Maintain and update company employee’s contact lists.
  • Assist on application and renewal of workers work permit.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Take detailed minutes in meeting.
  • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as requires.
