Description:
Answer and direct phone calls.
- Develop and maintain a filling system.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letter, faxes and forms.
- Maintain and ordering of stationery stock.
- Maintain and update company employee’s contact lists.
- Assist on application and renewal of workers work permit.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Take detailed minutes in meeting.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as requires.
