EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Associates degree. Three years relevant administrative assistant experience or in a related field. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.

NATURE & PURPOSE OF POSITION

Performs advanced administrative assistant duties for the Department of Computer Science.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs advanced administrative assistant duties for all graduate programs and certificates within the Computer Science Department as well as the Cyber Forensics Intelligence Center (CFIC). Provides departmental or University information to students, departments, and staff. Assists in developing policies and interprets policies and procedures. Schedules appointments and activities. Complies, tracks, and reviews data and reports. Attends meetings and takes notes. Prepares, reviews, revises, and distributes documents and correspondence. Maintains all external communication and outreach for the Cyber Forensics Intelligence Center (CFIC). Orders and maintains supply inventory and monitors expenses for the Cyber Forensics Intelligence Center (CFIC). Performs other related duties as assigned.
