We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate Supply Chain Planning to join our team specializing in SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING for our CUMMINS in San Luis Potosí, SLP, México .
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Supply Chain Planning Administrative Associate acts as an extension of general management, ensuring a positive customer experience and representing management to others. Provides administrative support and performs numerous tasks, including scheduling, drafting correspondence, sending emails, supervising visitors, answering calls, and responding to inquiries and requests. In addition, she supports the Central America and Mexico team in managing sales orders and tracking vendor shipments.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Gather, compile, verify and analyze information for the creation of documents such as reports.
- Facilitate smooth communication between general management and co-workers, as well as with external parties such as media, customers, suppliers and the public.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of management records and files.
- Monitor, review and approve standard expenditures to ensure that office activities are performed in accordance with established budgets.
- Submit required information on a regular basis, as assigned.
- Act as a formal resource for less experienced colleagues.
- Administration and placement of orders in the system.
- Follow up on material shipping and expediting processes.
- Follow up on purchase order and import processes.
- Support the Central America and Mexico team.
- Maintain sales orders working in the system where the availability of automotive parts is requested.
- Basic knowledge in the supply chain: tracking of shipments from suppliers (internal and external).
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school, student, TSU, 1 to 2 years of experience related to the position.
