Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and track daily timekeeping records
- Monitor and control office supply inventory for site trailer
- File and organize documentation including contracts, permits, daily reports, etc
- Operate standard office equipment, printers, laminators, etc
- Assist with project event planning, as needed
- Submit reports or files to the client with accuracy
- Manage office supplies and inventory and place orders as needed
- Support Project Management with data entry and filing
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
