Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and track daily timekeeping records
  • Monitor and control office supply inventory for site trailer
  • File and organize documentation including contracts, permits, daily reports, etc
  • Operate standard office equipment, printers, laminators, etc
  • Assist with project event planning, as needed
  • Submit reports or files to the client with accuracy
  • Manage office supplies and inventory and place orders as needed
  • Support Project Management with data entry and filing
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
