- Work experience in administrative support and customer service.
- Well-organized, resourceful and an independent learner.
- Adaptable and able to prioritize.
- Strong computer and writing skills, good spelling.
Challenges awaiting you:
- Support the manager by performing all administrative tasks: manage email and scheduling, manage billing, track and update accounts receivable.
- Manage day-to-day calls and redirect them to the right person as required, process the business centre’s mail, balance the petty cash, make deposits, manage accounts payable, process freight claims and daily delivery summaries.
- Inform the manager of any administrative anomalies and recommend improvements to ensure that administrative processes are reliable and efficient.
- Work with the team to fully understand the business centre’s operations, familiarize yourself with products and suppliers, and become proficient with the systems in use.
- Coordinate occasional events or projects: shows, customer events, etc.
