Description:

Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire a Administrative Clerk to support our federal client located in Arlington, VA. Candidates will perform secretarial ad administrative duties to include composing routine correspondences, filing, and assisting with routine administrative operations. One must have good written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented, and excel in customer service.
This position is contingent upon award

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to three leaders, including calendar management, logistical support, travel planning and expense reimbursement, and capturing meeting minutes
  • Coordinating the Executive Secretarial Task Tracker (ESTT) workflow and providing timely responses
  • Writing and editing memos, developing spreadsheets, and filing/copying documents
  • Preparing correspondences, briefs, and reports for review/approval by government staff
  • Managing leaders’ calendars to include meeting scheduling, deconflicting appointments, and general organization
  • Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
