The Opportunity.
We are currently looking for Administrative Clerk to join our New Business Intake Team. In this role, you will work with your team to help handle the day-to-day workflow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate, or someone looking to begin a career in professional services.
Responsibilities.
- Receive and review new client business intake for all office locations
- Run reports, enter due dates, and update docketing records and client instructions
- Perform general administrative tasks including preparation of billings
- Interacting with agents, lawyers, and other team members
- Handling sensitive client information
- Cross-training to learn the responsibilities of other roles on the team
- Other duties may be assigned or amended as required
Qualifications, competencies and experience.
- One year of administrative or office experience
- Post-secondary education
- A great team player with excellent attention to detail
- A strong ability to prioritize a large workload
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- This role is English essential, but French language skills would be an asset
- Highly organized and proactive
- High proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software and technology quickly
