JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The Administrative Clerk will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the daily operations of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Greet visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and positive experience.
  • Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and manage office calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and sending packages.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked at all times.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
