RESPONSABILITIES:
- Validate audit assignment/syndication related documentation and structured transactions as described in the Structured Deal Policy
- Validate security registrations
- Entering or validating transactional data in front-end system, ensuring data integrity is maintained
- Verifying pricing and tax treatment
- Work with credit/legal counsel/documentation team to ensure all conditions have been met prior to funding submission
- Providing coaching and feedback to the Sales Support team when validating their submissions
- Obtain authorizations from credit/legal counsel/documentation team for sign-offs on special circumstances
- Assisting in preparation and updates to Policies & Procedures documentation as required
- Provide ongoing support to our internal/external partners and credit on various issues that may arise
- Provide feedback and input for optimizing efficiency and procedures, could include working with Operations or IT team to resolve
- Any other related tasks.
