RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Validate audit assignment/syndication related documentation and structured transactions as described in the Structured Deal Policy
  • Validate security registrations
  • Entering or validating transactional data in front-end system, ensuring data integrity is maintained
  • Verifying pricing and tax treatment
  • Work with credit/legal counsel/documentation team to ensure all conditions have been met prior to funding submission
  • Providing coaching and feedback to the Sales Support team when validating their submissions
  • Obtain authorizations from credit/legal counsel/documentation team for sign-offs on special circumstances
  • Assisting in preparation and updates to Policies & Procedures documentation as required
  • Provide ongoing support to our internal/external partners and credit on various issues that may arise
  • Provide feedback and input for optimizing efficiency and procedures, could include working with Operations or IT team to resolve
  • Any other related tasks.
