About the Role:
The Administrative Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Administration team. This role will be responsible for performing a variety of support duties for the Office Leadership Team, while assisting with all day-to-day tasks supporting the Attorney Support and Workplace Experience teams. This position will be based in our Brussels office, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting partner and manager meetings with scheduling, preparing slide decks/presentations, and also coordinating with inter-department teams for logistics
  • Handling calendar management, scheduling meetings, facilitating when others are scheduling
  • Assisting with attorneys’ timesheets, and drafting, revising, and submitting client billings. Processing expenses and/or invoices for payment.
  • Supporting reception duties as needed: welcoming clients and visitors, and providing appropriate information.
  • Providing support with mail, facilities, and other operational services as needed

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrate well-developed, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
  • Display the ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus

And have:

  • A high school diploma or an equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent, preferably
  • Relevant work experience in a law firm, or professional services / corporate environment experience, preferably
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French
