About the Role:
The Administrative Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Administration team. This role will be responsible for performing a variety of support duties for the Office Leadership Team, while assisting with all day-to-day tasks supporting the Attorney Support and Workplace Experience teams. This position will be based in our Brussels office, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:
- Supporting partner and manager meetings with scheduling, preparing slide decks/presentations, and also coordinating with inter-department teams for logistics
- Handling calendar management, scheduling meetings, facilitating when others are scheduling
- Assisting with attorneys’ timesheets, and drafting, revising, and submitting client billings; Processing expenses and/or invoices for payment
- Supporting reception duties as needed; Welcoming clients and visitors, and providing appropriate information
- Providing support with mail, facilities, and other operational services as needed
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
- Demonstrate well-developed, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
- Display the ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus
And have:
- A high school diploma or an equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent, preferably
- Relevant work experience in a law firm, or professional services / corporate environment experience, preferably
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French
