Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee timetables, manage module administration, and support student enrolments for Academic Writing in English courses.
  • Respond to inquiries via the English Language Hub email system promptly and professionally.
  • Organise meetings, draft agendas, take minutes and track follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to service improvement projects and participate in university-wide initiatives.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyse data to monitor student outcomes and support decision-making.
  • Coordinate and manage events, including on-campus activities and team training sessions

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset to drive process improvements.
  • Experience in the higher education sector or supporting international students is an advantage
