ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Salary : $3,000 - $3,300
Working hour : 9am to 6pm Mon to Fri
Location : Boon Keng
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is a media company which has more than 200 staffs locally.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
- Managing and coordinating administrative activities。
- Supervising the receptionist and two cleaners, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Handling communication within the office and with external parties.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Coordinating events, meetings, and appointments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in office software.
- Ability to manage and lead a small team effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
