ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Salary : $3,000 - $3,300
Working hour : 9am to 6pm Mon to Fri
Location : Boon Keng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a media company which has more than 200 staffs locally.

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Managing and coordinating administrative activities。
  • Supervising the receptionist and two cleaners, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Handling communication within the office and with external parties.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Coordinating events, meetings, and appointments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in office software.
  • Ability to manage and lead a small team effectively.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
