Description:

DESCRIPTION

Under the direct supervision of the PVCC Client Support Services Manager this position provides administrative support for the PVCC. In addition to data processing, AKAIMS processing, filing, and receptionist duties, performs duties such as coordination of meetings and conferences, coordination of travel and lodging, recording minutes at meetings, and coordinating direct mailings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 years of Administrative or secretarial experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Coursework/Training and Two years of college.
  • 1 year of Medical setting with experience in medical terminology preferred
