Description:
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Weymouth, Massachusetts. This role is within the housing sector, where you will play a critical role in managing tenant files and facilitating the leasing process. You will be tasked with delivering excellent customer service and supporting various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the leasing process for new tenants, providing necessary guidance and assistance throughout the application process
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive file system for all tenant documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times
- Respond to inquiries from tenants and shelters about leasing opportunities in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in managing the smooth transition of new tenants into the development
- Update tenant files with essential documents such as leases, applications, and maintenance records
- Support various administrative office tasks and coordinate with different teams as necessary
- Handle any additional projects or tasks as required to support ongoing housing needs.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Administrative Office tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and filing
- Experience with coordination tasks, including planning meetings and organizing workflows
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn new software and processes as necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
