Position: Full-Time Administrative Coordinator
Schedule: Monday – Friday (business hours)
Location: UPMC Hillman Cancer Center Shadyside

Responsibilities:
- Executive Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executive calendars efficiently.
- Meeting Coordination: Create agendas, record and distribute minutes, and ensure timely communication.
- Event Planning: Plan conferences and events for the department and department head.
- Administrative Support: Provide complex and technical administrative support to multiple departments.
- Process Improvement: Review and recommend enhancements to administrative procedures and practices.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex information requests and develop reports for executives.
- Correspondence: Draft and send correspondence on behalf of the department and department head.
- High school diploma or equivalent or associate’s degree.
- 5 years experience in an increasingly responsible administrative support role.
- Ability to perform advanced functions in word processing, electronic mail/calendar, spreadsheet, presentation and database software
- Ability to use applicable MS Suite products
- Advanced knowledge of business processes and procedures
- Working knowledge of accounting and financial principles and functions
- Ability to analyze data
- Ability to use discretion and independent judgmen
